This comment was posted on another forumn but I thought it might be helpful.
"You know when you call in to order something and they have clubs they try to get you to purchase well that's what people are calling in about to cancel or to find out what the charge is even for. You have to try to "save" the membership which is a little difficult when sometimes these people clearly said no during the call recording and were signed up anyway. I didn't like it because I was not about to talk someone into keeping a membership they said no to in the first place. I mean what are you supposed to say " I know you said no but the agent thought they knew better and signed you up anyway so you should keep it" ? lol

But if you don't mind that it would be ok like I said they do pay and pay ontime."
