Exactly what it says - a free website.  Interface allows you to create a free, hosted (piggybacked) website using templates and 'drag-n-drop' elements.  No technical knowledge needed, anyone can do it.  Good for informational and/or portfolio sites.  Upgrades can be purchased to allow for separate domain name, etc.
