Flex-time employment can include:
- Flex-time arrangement – determine your own hours within certain parameters
- Job Sharing – two people doing one job
- Part-time – working less than 40 hours a week
- Shift work – working non-traditional hours other than 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Many women find that flex-time jobs give them the flexibility they need to better care for family members or meet other obligations outside of work.
