Ebay
Tutorial
eBay has made it extremely easy to become an on-line retailer. Literally anyone can sell a product; but to be able to make a legitimate business out of it will take a bit more planning and effort.
One of the first keys to building an eBay business is to pick the right products. Consider the following:
What are your hobbies or interests? Chances are you already know a little about the products, which will make it easier to pick good products other people want and write compelling details in your ad, even personal recommendations.
Do I have access to any local wholesalers? If you can get the products on the cheap, you will be able to make more profit selling on-line to those who do not have access to the products.

Mailing and Shipping Supplies
If you expect to be doing a large amount of shipping, you will save a lot of time and money purchasing your own supplies rather than running down to the UPS store or post office. Check on our Small Business MarketPlace for companies that provide discount mailing and shipping supplies.
