Our members and site visitors are professional women with real work experience who have opted out of the traditional work force in search of more flexible, life-friendly employment. This includes women who own their own businesses, work part-time, on contract, or by project, telecommute, work non-traditional shifts, or any other work arrangement not pinned to the hours of nine to five at the office.

Our members:

• Are between the ages of 25-55
• Have at least some post-secondary education or training
• Control 90% of home office and household budgets
• Do a large portion of their shopping online
• Access the internet more often than non-working women
• Have children in the household
